Chipotlada
Ingredients:
- 4 Skewers
- 4 Thick Cucumber Slices
- 12 Cooked Shrimps
- 2 San Marcos Chipotles
- 4 Frozen Beer Jars
- Salt
- Ice
- 1 lt Clamato (Tomato Juice)
- 4 Dark Beers
- The Juice of 2 Lemons
Instructions:
01. Nail a slice of cucumber and 3 halved shrimps on each skewer.
02. Drain the chipotles, take the seeds away. Save the marinade for later.
03. Mash the chipotles and add salt until you got a dry paste. Use that paste to frost the frozen jars.
04. Pour some ice, half Clamato, half beer, the chipotle marinade and lemon juice.
San Marcos tip: If you use tomato juice instead of Clamato, you will get a Bloody Mary.
