Fish with San Marcos chiles largos



  • 1 can of San Marcos Chiles Largos
  • 1 jar of San Marcos Mustard Sauce
  • 8 Fish Fillets (the fish of your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


01. Season the fish fillets.

02. Sauté the onion, garlic and pepper. Add some mustard sauce and the vinegar of the chiles largos to season.

03. In a pan, add some oil and fry the fish fillets.

04. Serve them and pour some sauce and two chiles largos.

San Marcos tip: You can make the same recipe but with chicken.
