San Marcos fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Flank Steak in slices
- ½ tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 cup of San Marcos Homemade Mexican Sauce
- ½ cup Corn
- 1 Red Pepper, 1 Green Pepper and 1 Yellow Pepper in slices
- 1 Sliced Onion
- Salt
- Flour Tortillas
- Guacamole
Instructions:
01. Season the meat with garlic salt and sauce, let it marinate for 20 minutes. Heat it in a pan for 5 minutes with 1 Tbsp of oil. Fry the peppers adding more oil.
02. Sauté the onion.
03. Add some oil and roast the meat. Add the vegetables.
