Shredded beef with jalapeño tostadas
Ingredients:
- 1 can of San Marcos Jalapeño Slices (215g)
- 1 can of San Marcos Refried Black Beans
- Tostadas
- 500g Cooked Shredded Beef
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup Sliced Onion
- 1 Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
- 6 Lettuce Leaves (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
01. Fry the meat with the onion, garlic and the jalapeños’ vinegar.
02. Fry the beans and add 2 Tbsp of jalapeños.
03. Put a layer of beans in your tostada, as well as the meat and lettuce. Add some cream and some jalapeños.

You can try it with avocado too.
