Vegetable tortilla


  • 2 cans of San Marcos Carrots and Peas (225g)
  • 1 can of San Marcos Sliced Jalapeños (215g)
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 Cooked Potato (in squares)
  • 10 Eggs
  • Oil
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper


01. Whisk the eggs with milk and season.

02. Fry it in a pan with oil at low heat.

03. Add the vegetables and jalapeños.

04. With a spatula, form the tortilla and wait until fully cooked. .

05. Flip it and serve.

San Marcos tip: You can also add ham.
